Data Processing Agreement (DPA)This DPA is an addendum to the Terms and Conditions between Flow Quote Ltd and the Customer (Data Controller).
1. Definitions
“Controller”: You, the user of Flow Quote, who inputs or stores customer data“Processor”: Flow Quote Ltd
“Personal Data”: Any information relating to an identifiable individual

2. Subject Matter
Flow Quote will process personal data on behalf of the Controller solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services, including invoicing, scheduling, and CRM features.
3. Duration
This DPA remains in effect for as long as Flow Quote processes personal data on your behalf.
4. Obligations of Flow Quote (Processor)

Maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures

5. Sub-Processors
